AfterNIC has taken away my .com domain name three weeks back through escrow transaction and has not paid me so far.. they have given me a paypal transaction id , which is clearly invalid one... they are saying me to contact paypal, paypal cant validate..

If they cant track the payment issue ( which they are claiming they have made the payment), what i have to do? .. Its not huge amount , its low xxxx USD.

If they cant track why they are charging 20% commission from customers...

I never experienced such issues from escrow, sedo or other platforms. AFTERNIC is really poor in customer support.. escrow manager is useless in total , not even has time to ring to paypal team to resolve the issue..

Appreciate any advise here..

It looks like a very poor support by Afternic to drag on your payment for 3 weeks.

Please update if that issue is solved.

Unfortunately NO. Paypal has clearly confirmed the transaction number provided by the AfterNIC is not linked to my paypal account. Its looking all fishy.. I have shared the screenshots of paypal response, also my paypal transactions and following up repeatedly with service at afternic.com or escrow teams... they dont care at all, because they kept the money with them relaxedly.. is there any way i can claim my domain back?

it is really poorest of the poor service..

If the payment ID is not linked to your account, perhaps they used wrong PayPal email when sending that payment and now someone else has it ? Either way 3 weeks is way too long to fix that.

You have the correct paypal linked to your account? I never had troubles with them, they should solve this for you.

TRUE.. I lost my hope , because the effort i am spending is much more than the low xxxx USD sale i have made.. No more AFTER NIC, they have no rep on this forum to complain. their customer support is also very poor

yes, its my email address only. AfterNIC team is clearly aware of my paypal address. Even if they sent to someone else , cant make me wait for three weeks when i am making repeated follow-ups on the same.. also they clearly mentioned this is the transaction ID and the payment has been sent to this particular email address and email address they have mentioned is clearly my active paypal account one..

Unbelievable. Never thought Afternic could do something like that.

Hmm...well Afternic is now owned by Godaddy and Godaddy has a rep on np so maybe PM that guy? He's often on the GD coupons thread.

@domainpundit Call them, they need to send you the money. I had a similar problem once with a withdrawal from a bookie, they sent it to the wrong address but then they sent it again to the right address, they have no choice but to pay you.
