By popular demand, we have launched a dedicated feedback thread for Afternic, the GoDaddy-owned domain name marketplace.

We have created this thread as a way for you to tell us what works, what doesn't work, and what features you'd like to see at Afternic (please be constructive with your feedback). We're looking forward to hearing from the domain investment community to help us shape the future of Afternic.

We will also be sharing Afternic product updates in this thread.

I few days ago I got into a verification procedure after changing my payment method to wire transfer. I sent the requested documents and got it through. Today I switched my payment method back to PayPal and I'm under verification again.

I agree that Afternic should allow at least 2 payment methods and then allow you to easily choose/change the default without going back to verification.

This is yet another feature Dan had from the get-go, that Afternic still hasn't caught up to, years later. Dan even had a user setting to determine at what dollar level to use Paypal or Bank Transfer.

In a lot of ways, Afternic is still like going back to living in a cave.

It's like when they released Afternic Boost no real numbers to back anything just it showed an increase in sales. If ya actually tested something you'd have hard data/numbers to back your claims and not release the statement of... “we’re not going to go into specifics.”

This was said almost 2 years ago and it's still in my vault of idiotic GoDaddy quotes.

Equivalent of join my mentorship program and I'll teach ya everything I know over 20+ years of selling domain names to end users. I've tested and everyone who completes my new imaginary course sees an improvement in sales but I won't go into specifics.

I'm having trouble adding names that I bought on LTO (fully paid off) to my account. Anyone here buy names using LTO and was able to add them to Afternic when the lease completed? DNS verification not working (it usually works perfectly).

Most hilarious are the seasoned domainers that still take the GoDaddy sales rep data what sale came from Lander / Search path / Partner Network as absolutely accurate. "Yeah in five other places the data is messed up, but here it is 100% legit, even though I have no way of knowing."

The layout of the menu bar on the left side of Afternic is chaotic and cannot be opened. There is a problem with the website CSS, and I have encountered issues accessing it using Google Chrome

Boost is NOT turned on for my account. I can't recall if the "Fast Transfer" badge has always been there, or if it was part of the Boost program when Boost is on?

Maybe I just never noticed it but I'm seeing the "Fast Transfer" badge on my domains with a Bin and opt-in to FT (Boost turned OFF). I like it, and when you hover over the badge it explains that "this domain is enrolled to transfer automatically upon payment..."

I did a little more testing with a few names.

I see the badge when using Incognito mode (Chrome), or "Private Mode" in some other browsers.

I do NOT see the badge when using a regular browser window. Can anyone else confirm this?

Mine still don't have the badge in Chrome Incognito mode.

A recent change has now placed the Delete button at Afternic one more click away in the More Actions...

I use Delete way more than a number of the other actions (like Unlist and Export that I only use from time to time). Is there any way to get it back on the list, please?

Of course tightening the blank space could allow them all to show.

I agree we shouldn't need to hit the More Actions when there's that huge space between # Selected and Pricing.

Have you "closed" the left panel? That might keep the Delete on the list. To get the panel back just hover in that area of the screen.

Thank you so much! Yes, if I close left panel, I do see Delete. And as you say, it is easy to turn on and off.
I had not thought of trying that. Still think Delete deserves a place on the main pallet, but this is an easy fix.
