Affiliate Sites/Links affect SEO?

If the content is quality and is deemed to offer value, is there any way that google could penalize it for having clickbank affiliate links on each page? My site is WorldsFittest(.)net if you would like to have a look. My site is currently sandboxed as it has just been launched a month or so ago. Would be grateful for any replies

No Google won't penalized you for just you are using ClickBank.

But remember, using too many affiliate links it doesn't look good to search engines as well as visitors too.
