Advice on GoDaddy Backend/Invoices please...

Hi,

Im trying to get a full list of all the domains ive bought or renewed at GD but the Order History page only seems to list the invoices rather than the individual domains. (Eg. if 10 names were bought in 1 purchase, only the 1 invoice would show and then we need to click on the particular invoice to show the individual names).

Does anyone know of a feature where we can instantly see a record of all our individual transactions?

Log into your account.

Click on MY ACCOUNT

Click on MANAGE DOMAINS

On this page, look to the far right in the header tab. Look for PRINTABLE LIST.

Click on this box. If you have numerous domains, or even a few, this will give you a complete list for viewing without any page breaks.

It will also give you the expiration date.

That should give you the information on the domains.

As far as a feature to give you a list of all transactions, as far as I know one does not exist. If you need to look at the transactions, the only option I am aware of is to start over in the MY ACCOUNT section and click on ORDER HISTORY. It will take you through each transaction one at a time. Kind of sucks if you have several hundred or thousand domain names.

Thanks for your response circa1850. Unfortunately, it was the last paragraph that i was trying to do. As you said 'it kind of sucks' since we have quite a few names there. Have emailed GD support, will update if there's any progress.

From GoDaddys Backend, they have the ability to see each transaction on each receipt, but in all honesty, have no way to show it to you. I ran into this problem when I worked in their billing department. Lots of customers wanted to see receipt specifics that cant be viewed from their site..... Honestly, if its one receipt they may take a screen shot (if you ask) but if its several, probably nothing.

This is the case with Fabulous and a number of other registrars too. Seems really strange not to have this feature. The CS at Fab mentioned that they'll ask management about this.
