Sedo should invoice the buyer not me

Hi,

I like sedo but I don't like sharing my details with the buyer, at least for some domains. I have just sent them a suggestion for them to create the invoice for an extra commission. If the buyer requests the invoice I want to see two options in front of me: 1. upload invoice 2. request sedo to invoice the buyer

Whether sedo should take an extra commission or fee or nothing is a matter of taste. I don't mind paying an extra commission because most buyers don't request an invoice anyway. Only if a buyer has requested an invoice and only if I decide sedo should send it, then this fee would kick in.

I think if enough people ask them, sedo will change this. Some time ago they had another problem (auction domains that appear genuine but actually are fake idn's) that I campaigned against and they fixed it.

Here is what to do if you have a sedo account:
1. Login to your sedo
2. On top right click "Support & FAQ"
3. Click the tab "Ask a Question"
4. For "Area" select "billing and paymentys",
for "Topic" select "invoices",
for language select whatever you want,
for "domain name" leave blank,
For "Suggestion/Feedback" select "yes",
5. In the text message write that you are not happy generating invoices and you would rather prefer sedo do this for a fee.

Let me know if you have done this. I would like to see if domainers are contributing to solving these kind problems.

Thanks
Erdy

i just tell the seller to use the "request for payment notice" that they initially received from sedo, as their invoice.

and if they have a problem with that, then we can reverse the transaction.
