question Adding similar domains sales in the LP description?

Hello,

I use Dan's landing page for all my domains, and I thought it may be a good idea to use the description area to add similar sold domains as proof of market value, is this a good idea? I need your advice.

It can go both ways - Convince potential buyers of the value of your domain but also serve as a ceiling for the pricing of the domain
