Account Change On Some Tld's

I have tried to push two domains over to new owners at GoDaddy. (.de&.am) I can't transfer from these extentions. It says: TLD can not be registered to another registrant. Please use the same first name and last name.
Anybody have an Idea how I can perform an account change on these extentions
