TLD's you can't perform an account change

Lately I have tried to push two domains to the new owners at GoDaddy. These extentions will not take an account change (.de&.am) All TLD's must remain in the original first name and last name.

Any ideas on how I can get these domains pushed to their owners.

In both cases you will have to contact your current registrar.
For .de: http://www.denic.de/en/domains/verwalten/inhaberwechsel/index.html
For .am: https://www.amnic.net/faq/#section_219
Most ccTLDs cannot be pushed like a .com for example. There are procedures to follow through the registry.
