A high search howto---.info advice

I was able to get an expired howto--.info with HIGH searches.all other extension has been taken.
Advice, what would you do with it,develop(blog) or sell?

you want likely to be able to find reseller because it is crap or end user because it is so niche, so I think developing and putting Adsense on it is your only option

Unless it's a truely standout .info, then it's best to develop :imho:

I would suggest any .info domain with 'how to' as keywords would be brandable, but have limited resale value - unless you just happened to stumble across the ideal end user. (which is very unlikely)

Thanks. I just made another search and got 14.800 global and local monthly "EXACT" search and 1.8 Million for Broad, with low competition.
I will like to know what you think...is it worth developing or for end user writer.
