What do you think about this one?

Generally I don't like the names with 3 hyphens
But this one caught my attention.

Taken in major extensions + howto names are rather sells good.

According to namebio in 2013 there were 5 reported howto sales.
There was even one sale for the name with 3 hyphens: how-to-lose-weight.com for $6K

So, would be nice to hear your opinions

It doesn't matter how many extensions are taken,that doesn't make the domain more valuable.The vast majority of registered names(95%+) holds little to no value.Same happens with past sales.Just because someone had won the lottery selling a 3 hyphen name for $6k doesn't mean all 3-hyphen names are worth that.

Personally, I think the value of these types of domains are strictly related to how many options there are with developing the domain. For example, with how-to-lose-weight.com, here are some ideas:

1. Promote weight loss supplements
2. Weight loss blog
3. Weight loss affiliate site
4. Advertising a weight loss program
5. etc.

How-to-play-poker:
1. Teach a person how to play poker.

See the limited appeal there? You probably won't sell it just due to that. You really might want to consider developing it instead.

The domain undeveloped and as-is is worth nothing. I've never owned a domain with a hyphen let alone 3.
Because the words are okay and poker is still pretty popular you might get high $xx from someone who doesn't mind the hyphens.
Like TechGal said, try to develop it.

Sorry mate too many hyphens in my opinion I agree with the above appraisals.
