I suggest You study a lot before investing.

Maybe its Better You buy One Good domain for cheaper Price and re-sell

First You Need To study the market. What the domainers are buying? What kind the Domains You can sell.
If You buy a domain at GD without study You will pay and Maybe can't sell, but if You study You can find a Good oportunnity To buy a domain for more money but You Have the guarantee To sell it fast for best price

You can buy a .com from anywhere, the more you put on a credit card the more you will be paying interest on, start small ....... try with just one name and see how you go,good luck

He us new to domaining so it will be difficult for him to find llll.com, as I am in the same situation but I already flipped two domains.

do you think i can be a domainer even if im from the philippines??

    YES

i mean is there any restrictions policy on domaining?

    I think NO

b.) and how much starting capital do i need?

You can start it as low as $19
$10 for domain and $9 for listing it in auction (optional). The capital could be low if you find cheap domain and different auction sites have different pricing. If you list on flippa, its $9.

c.) do i need to have a credit card in doing domaining?

Credit Card is a must if you don't have PayPal. And sometimes PayPal isn't enough so you MUST get a Credit Card.

d.) if i purchased my first domain, how long and how can i flipped or sell it?

As soon as you buy domain you can sell It.
To sell, you can list it in auctions on different sites like flippa, sedo, afternic, namepros etc.
If your domain is good enough buyers will contact you through your email liated in domain's whois record.

I am aslo new to domaining, this is all what I learnt in this business in a few days.

No restrictions whatsoever on gTLD's (.COM, .NET etc.). There are restrictions on some ccTLD's (e.g. .CA - only for residents of Canada).

Like with gambling, put up only as much as you can afford to loose. Domaining is a very risky business, especially starting out of the gate...

Yep! Both a CC and a verified PayPal account are a must.

Nobody can answer that for you. Depends on the quality of the asset(s) you acquire, prevailing market conditions and - like with any business undertaking - luck! ;)

Like others have already written here, start out by reading posts here to gain a better understanding of domaining. And good luck :)

I started with $5 budget when there was $0.02 sale for .xyz domain. I sold them and bought my first .com domain at $1.99 dotster sale. I sold it too here at NP and had collected enough money to buy few more domains.

I have earned not much but few hundreds money now and have build a small portfolio.

Start with low budget. Research and buy good domains only.

If you don't have Credit card, you can contact me. I can help you get one for domaining.

    :)
