Now today i check the whois for a domain name at domaintools and found with in a single year it has dropped 3 times. how can it possible :xf.love:

Trademark? People pick it up then get slapped with a C&D and have to delete it from their account?

It just means it was registered before 09 and dropped 3 times.

What does it say under "Whois History"?

how come a domain created in 2009-12-06 be dropped 3 times? Is the word "created" here mean by last creation time??

A domain can be dropped practically every day of a year, if you reg it and then ask your registrar to drop it right away; there can be a few reasons:
- could find out it's a trademarked term or abbreviation; just because the dot.com is parked doesn't mean it isn't trademarked...

- could be multiple people testing the name for traffic, maybe it shows as having backlinks or traffic, and when it's 'tasted' and none of that traffic appears, it's dropped.

- could be some other problem, such as being blacklisted by search engines or Sedo or ???

HOWEVER: I think you're just reading the history info wrong. I think the name has been regged 3 times, and dropped 3 times, before this current reg (creation date 09/12/06), which would be the fourth reg. Those previous 3 regs could be spread over many more years, which is very common.
