Just passing on some info i found about elb.com who are offering .info names for only 25 cents. can be paid using paypal aswell...

Just got my first glitch..

Regged 8 domains, paid via PayPal, the amount shows as deducted from PayPal, and I just received 8 failed registration emails for the domains I just paid for. These domains are not showing in my account.

The emails specify that there was a Billing Error. The emails arrived almost simultaneously as I hit the Pay button on PayPal.

If I can't get this resolved, no big deal, but be wary as apparently they have problems with their cart (as already reported by JasMate).

Sent the receipt number and info to tech..

I bought ~50 and have been trying to buy some more but can't.

Yeah their care seems flaky today. I had like 30 domains in there and a few of them showed $0.00 for the price but when it got over to paypal it showed the real amount.

VURG - I did not register a single NNNN so its not me stealing them from you

I didn't get the domains yet I at least show a $2 credit in my account summary. In the meantime, all the domains still show as available.

I found available with GoDaddy.
I think that they are still some available but they are running out quickly. I don't think that there are any starting with 1,2 or 3
I'll keep trying. I only want 190.

Just got the exact same thing on an order of 1 dozen.

Do NOT buy anymore right now! I just tried again with one and it also failed. Emails are coming saying domain was registered, paypal receipt and company receipt also arrive, yet a last email says domain registration failed. The money is credited in the account and the domain appears available for reg still.

I expect because there may be a language gap.. the main site seems to be in French.

My $2 is shown as a credit to my account.. not a big deal but I'd be leery of trying the cart again until I hear it's working again.

If nothing else, I'll get it back from PayPal.

Same problem here ( Billing failure ) I lost $0.25 :td: I think JasMate is right.

25 cent .INFO is over.. price is now $1.25 which probably explains the shopping cart errors to some degree. Was good while it lasted!

The cart still doesn't work - so I've got $3.00 whole dollars there. I requested a refund via their admin panel but I am not holding out hope of ever seeing it again. If they can't get their money maker working I doubt this part works as well.
