although the directnic website seems to be broken...

and, similar to the bs godaddy pulls, bigrock requires 2 years of registration which obvs defeats the purpose

bought 3 domains with hostpapa 24 ,hours ago money charged domains didnt registered. no response on ticket.

I was just told by support of Hostpapa that the limit is 10 domains (screenshot attached).

Domain I bought 3 hours ago is not registered yet, but support confirmed that the order is still in review and will be processed as soon as possible. Also, I was not sent log in details to my new account yet.
Well, let's hope it will not take too long and everything will be processed smoothly. It's amazing that even during the craze of Black Friday and their $1 / .com deal I was able to chat to support and get answers really quickly.

After hearing that they are a reputable company I'll try to register some more.

i just regged 5 or 6 domains i'm not sure which. what an odd experience. after 5 they told me there was a problem and i should contact support. usually i set them up right away but i can't do that right now. my head hurts.

how do you add a txt record at hostpapa? there is no dns editor on my dashboard. i think you may have to buy that option as an addon.

You can simply use Epik.com lander and then add/remove txt record from Epik.com panel. I find it's very useful especially for my names that are registered at other registrar.

That's also weird. They charged me $1.02 per domain.

@Furquah are you sure it is possible to edit dns records from Epik panel for external domains?

The reply sent to me from Epik support was:
"The DNS records have to be updated at the registrar where the domain resides."
