My problem has been also resolved. They asked me to send them my ID card and the bank statement. They replied after a few hours and now everything it's fine.

I have a question for those who transferred domains to Mijndomein. What is the renewal date of the domains in your account? I see my next renewal is set to be in November 2021, but according to the whois, my domains should expire later. What is wrong here?

Good catch. Didn't notice it myself as my transferred domains were to be renewed shortly anyway so it shows the right month.

The date shown is most probably the date they use as a reference to bill you for another (second/renewal) year. This has probably something to do with how the .NL registry works, the national TLD, which has their main focus. This doesn't impact the actual expiration date, whois data is always correct.

Just make sure to transfer out one month prior to the date shown in the panel. To be safe, I always cancel the domain renewal right away as their renewal pricing for .NL is outrageous, for .com €14 I think.

You could try and request for them to adjust the date but I assume they're using the same registration agreement for all TLDs which basically means you've paid for a year of service, not for renewal/transfer. That comes as a bonus, so to speak :).

It's not uncommon here but probably not something you would encounter with foreign (outside NL) registrars.

ok. weird. tbh, I don't always get a verification email. it happens at other registrars as well. Not sure what triggers the verification email to be sent. If your whois details are correct I don't think its an issue though.
