Id take it. Wouldbt counter anymore than 1800. Youre not going to have people standing in line for that name. Might be your only buyer for 10 years. Sell it

1100 seems fair. As Dave suggested, 1800 could be a good counter and close around 1500.

How you counter is the key. Try not to make a counter just yet but ask for another offer allowing to back peddle back to original offer or move forward. Your wording is crucial for best result.
