That is good to know. Though what I like about your NNN is that they are "buy it now" at $150. These new ones are listed with an asking price of $150, but you might do all your research and offer their full $150 "asking price" only to receive a $500 counter offer. So I usually only bother with no-reserve auctions and the "buy it now" listings.
