Sorry I'm listing this huge lot less than four hours before the start of the Live Auction. Never thought I would have to sell in such a way, but I do now!

This is the companion thread to my NamePros Live Auction listing. I really need a companion thread because it would be inconsiderate to list 167 domains in the bolded Domain field, among other things.

Housekeeping points first:

1. This is a No Reserve auction; the starting price is US$1 (but see point 2 below);

2. Should I choose to exercise my NP buyback rights, the highest bidder will receive the NamePros prescribed US$6 PLUS his/her choice of the domains designated for this purpose below (all for free).

3. No escrow fees would be charged to the buyer if Escrow.com is used;

4. Delayed payment terms WILL be considered;

5. Flipping is OK (i.e. you can any of these domains to any third party before you have paid for them fully, as long as you don’t spam)

6. I WILL consider delaying 100% of the payment while DomainCapital is considering your application to borrow from them against these or other domains. Other lenders may also be acceptable for a 0% down arrangement, at my discretion.

The list of bonus domains that the winning bidder may choose from (for free if I exercise the NP buyback option) is shown at the end of this post.

303 and 248 are examples of extremely memorable domains that also happen to be US Area Codes. Other US Area Codes (such as Fort Worth, Denver, Pittsburgh et al) are also included in this lot, as are dozens of Country Codes as well (e.g. 351 for Portugal).

The current MINIMUM WHOLESALE price should be at least US$100,000, using 3character.com's official NNN.mobi minimum observed sale price of US$600 between July and September (167x$600=$100,200).

This is not a reserve, just an indication of my pessimistic price expectations and not necessarily a big hint in terms of where I might start thinking of not exercising the NamePros standard buyback option.

All of these have been caught using the GoDaddy pre-drop system, and renewal fees paid until late 2008.

A free push to your GoDaddy account is the only transfer option I am offering.

You can choose 1 bonus domain if the bidding ends below US$ 100k, 7 bonus domains if it ends above US$ 100k and 14 bonus domains if it ends above US$ 200k.

You get these bonus domains for free whatever happens, as compensation for taking the trouble to bid highest without knowing whether or not I will buy back the domains from you.

Post-Auction Update:

The highest bidder found it difficult to decide between BestDomains.ws and HoldemPoker.ws, so I said I'll push both to their GoDaddy account as a way of saying thank you and sorry I have to exercise the NamePros buyback option.

Thus all of the above domains are still available, minus BestDomains.ws and HoldemPoker.ws.

If there is enough interest in maintaining the auction format we can continue the bidding in this thread on the same terms, otherwise I'll start responding to requests for breaking up the portfolio into bite-sized chunks.

Both domains are on their way to you now, please PM me if you don't get the GoDaddy email soon.

Please also don't forget to change the whois details when you receive the names (I only have your name and email address so I had to put in a random phone number, etc in the transfer form). I know the .ws whois system is very different, but GoDaddy are known to have done some unpredictable things to .com owners whom they couldn't contact for an extended period of time.

Have you accepted the account change? They should show up under "pending account changes" at Godaddy.

I think sometimes it takes more than 12 hours for the GoDaddy system to generate the email.

It's been re-sent as requested anyway, so you'll probably get two very similar emails by tomorrow.
