domain 1m.com, just bought but why sell again in lower price

1m.com just sold for $140,001 (17-11-2018).
But now is in auction in other marketplace, with reserve price $75,000. Current high bid is still only $75,000.
Anyone know the reason why the owner sell again the domain that just bought a week ago, with lower price?

So sorry for the mistake. We are discussing about the domain name, 1m.com. not name of marketplace.
So I just edit the topic, by deleting the name of marketplace.
