Hi,

I know this is not new news to some, but it has happened with me. 1and1.com charged my Paypal account and IDK for what. Auto-renew is off for all domains. I created a dispute on Paypal and see how it goes.

Oh no. I just regged my first 1and1 domain name a while ago. :/

I had a few hundred domains registered there a few years ago. Probably the worst registrar I have ever purchased from. I dont think Id buy from them if they brought their $0.99 unlimited .com promotion back.

@RU before you file a dispute try calling 1and1 tech support and explain to them they will refund you for that transaction. They will actually refund you for any domain registration you don't want no explanation needed as long as it's within 2 days since the time of registration. Just in case you have a hard time request to talk to an L2 or supervisor they have access to give you that refund.
