The worst! Impossible to cancel contract. Tried to cancel domains. You have to log into a different subdomain. Ordered cancellation. Got invoice a month later. The reps said I didn't cancel. Told me the cancellation must be confirmed by an email. I never saw that email. He said sometimes the email doesn't come. I told the rep that 1and1 is the worst company and he needs to get out. I told him I'd try another way to stop payment. Canceled credit card number to prevent over $200 from being debited. A word to the wise: STAY FAR AWAY!
