discuss 10x Your Money In Domains Or Crypto Currency?

A lot of domain investors also invest in crypto currency it seems as of late. I usually feel pretty confident that a domain I carefully acquire today will be a 10x+ my investment including holding time. If say, I were to buy bitcoin today, is it feasible that i would get 10x my money?

Bitcoin was good for people who got in at $500 or under. Especially the early investors who got in at like $10. It has made a lot of new millionaires at that is great.

But at $10-15K, even if it eventually goes up to 100K or 300K it will not be enough to create new millionaires.

Yes there could still be a lot of money to be made, but it is no longer an opportunity for a poor person to become millionaire. That "dream" is over now in my opinion.

From the chart, it would be fair to think it will find support at around 7800-8000.

they did the math.. back in 1600s people were paying like 40x their average annual salary for one bulb tulip................... so convrted to today salaries etc.. that's like 1.6 million per bulb

sure people will make money.. but many will lose everything.. which is why you oftne hear today the phrase "btc will cause many deaths in the world"......

But among those who bought during that period, a lot had no money so they used their credit card, thinking they will refund the CC quickly.

Then it went from 19.5K to 15K .. 12K .. 10K all within a month.

Those who did that now cannot repay their CC and not only that, they have to pay a 20% interest on it. They don't sleep well.

yes... exactly... we all agree there will be many diff situations.. some people makiing 1k on btc.. some makign 10k.. some making 1 million.. and everything else you can imagine.. and then same countless situations but going into negative figures of all kinds.. and then there will also be those commiting suicide caue they lost all or lost too much. and one death over btc is already one too many.

i guess canada makes it easy to go bankrupt.. so that can save some lives.. but... its not like this everywhere.. and its never ideal option.

well... they do tent to build casinos next to bridges.. its more convient that way.
someone out there is always 50 steps ahead of you... like puppet on a string.

Don't leave out those who mortgaged their homes to buy BTC..... really sad extra stupid.

But that kind of situation is not exclusive to BTC.
A lot of new investors on the stock market put most of their money in penny stocks and lose everything.

Any kind of volatile investment is a major risk. The problem is that new investors often go for the homerun. Big mistake. Risk investment is fine but it has to be made smartly.

Oh so ugly today It's not the end of the world though, it'll bounce back a bit...Countries ban crypto coins every few months.. they end up unbanning it after they load up their own wallets and prepare for the next up wave.... and then recycles and give the new batch of BAG HOLDERS a ride down..
