opinion So What is Your Deciding Factor Whether to Accept or Deny a Lowball Offer for your domain name?

Let's assume you are not starving but getting by. What is your deciding factor in whether or not to accept a Lowball Offer when the prospective buyer rejects your counteroffer? Mine is cost to renew the domain and lack of offers on it.
