Let's assume you are not starving but getting by. What is your deciding factor in whether or not to accept a Lowball Offer when the prospective buyer rejects your counteroffer? Mine is cost to renew the domain and lack of offers on it.

For me it depends on the quality of the domain and how long I have held it & If its a strong name so i usually wait. If its average and there has not been much interest then I might accept just to keep cash flow moving.
