i know this would sound strange but i compare it as a wholesale buyer of the product versus retail buyer. In this case retail buyer would be an end user . End user pays the most.

Resellers are the ones who think they will make their fortune selling domains made from short strings of random characters and alleged to be "brandable" and "pronounceable".
End users are the ones who have a business plan and are looking for a domain to build it on. They are almost mythical creatures, seldom seen on this forum, who are purported to pay big bucks for "brandable" and "pronounceable" domain names.
The disconnect in world views of the two camps are fascinating
