It is fair, but even if they take the 9%+5%=14% from the total amount, I still get less money than expected They should have at least one example for the calculation, or a calculator itself, so buyers could have a better understanding of the method.

That's good advice, I'll consider it, thank you!not sure so double check it plz, but i think there is an option in your settings where u can completely disregard this new payment system and just go back to the old one.. which is the flat -9% fee on each payment per month. thats what I do. gl!

In the meantime Dan.com's support replied, they add a 21% VAT on top of the commission in EU cases. Bloody EU and its VAT I still cannot calculate the same amount they did, but I let it go, the difference is a dollar a month.

Patience is the key.
But you bought it and gave it to SH as owner. Why don't you keep it for yourself?
Ok I see. Nice ROI.It was already a SH held domain when I bought it ,paid the $20 to the old owner then the domain Transferred to me then I got the Commission rights when it sells .
StayOrganized.com - $2,500 via Voodoo
Bought in Jan 2015 for $99 via Namejet...love those call to action names!
Parking revenue (If generated) ?
Total Portfolio Size ?
And SH accept this vincompagniet.com as premium. And they will be rejecting my good names.Brickby // com

Purchase: dynadot $5.95

That isn't a premium domain and not accepted as such, it has no logo. It's just a domain name that I added. And SH accept this vincompagniet.com as premium. And they will be rejecting my good names.
Oh sorry I didn't look at it very well I thought it as logo. OkThat isn't a premium domain and not accepted as such, it has no logo. It's just a domain name that I added.
The ones without logos are just basic.
In scandinavia this is a potentially great name. Try to understand that SH allow you to add domains that are not premium. The premium ones have a logo.

Ha, nameservers not yet changed...made $0.19 yesterday with it! I have a little over 600 names. Sell about 6-12 names per year. Try not to spend more than $100 per name and try not to sell them for less than $2,500-$3,500, my sweet spot.
Domain name: Space/-/Saver.com (yes, another hyphen name!)
Sale venue: Inbound from Godaddy rep
Sale price: $6000 net
Purchase price: $8.49
Purchased: 2019
Hold time: 14 months
This is a good example of a brandable hyphen name which provided asymmetric returns. It is a domain first registered in 1997 which many people held and gave up on until finally the domain lands into the hands of an end-user who will presumably build it out. Love that.
In this current climate where unemployed and underemployed people are desperately seeking to create value through digital enterprise, the inquiry volume for domains priced under $10K remains very strong. For many of them I expect a good hyphen name will do just great!
It is easy to find names with hyphens that might be mispriced by just filtering, e.g. like this on NameLiquidate.com. It is showing a few decent hyphen names with prices n the way to $9 There are some opportunities for asymmetric return for those who look where others are not looking!
