Fact is, he is a traitor because he behaves like one, always acting against the national interest. But Congress and the Trump administration are entities in their own right and fortunately they do not always align with 45.
Have you noticed how he's constantly undermining and contradicting his own administration, his own appointees ? That's dysfunctional government and a huge problem. But there is one clear winner and he's not based in America.
