why don't you fix the stupid bug
in the german help text regarding VAT?

in Germany, we don't have 21% VAT
as you yourself have in TheNetherlands
but we have 19%

why do you have a help text anyway
explaining to a german what he knows already?

As I have yet to buy my first domain at Dan, I have one question:

As the buyer, when you accept the Offer or Counter, is the procedure a 2-level process as it is on other domain venues? I am assuming you first Accept it then a second Confirm or "Are You Sure?" click needs to be made to finalize the transaction.

Why is the price request option only available on settings page?

It would've been better to put the option on individual domain. Right now if I set the option for Price Request then I manually have to go and disable it on all domains with BIN.

I tested myself on one of my domains.
Everything after the offer is manual, i will not use that, as I dont like make offer with dan, too many time wasters...

I think the "Edit domain prices" tool should add more features, such as installment settings, option of "make offer" or "price request", now it can only be consistent across all portfolios

Landing pages take over 20 seconds to load (unless visited recently). Enough to keep endusers away. Why is noone else complaining about it.

Hey there!

I've started seeing some of my domains (not all) indexed by google, I haven't changed the privacy setting.
Could you confirm that there were any changes on that end, if so - how the new mechanics work?

I want to know to be able to get the maximum exposure for my names and to understand why not all of them are indexed.

Which privacy settings do you use at Dan? Sellers that enforce strict privacy like no links to their domain shop have less indexing for their domains due to us not sharing specific URLs with search engines in that case.

I have my privacy turned ON, but that's in order to stop buyer from choosing an alternative, even from my portfolio. Don't understand why should I get less coverage than any other user in this case. And that makes no sense to not index the domains based on privacy setting. Also I would appreciate if it was written somewhere, because that's definitely not a commonly used practice.

Your internet connection most likely unfortunately causes that. The average load time is 400-600 milliseconds at the moment.

Try https://tools.pingdom.com for a real-time test and use antiwet.com domain.
