Trump has sewn the seeds of chaos and division.

He speaks for the marginalized. And that is interpreted by the oppressors as sowing the seeds of division. You could say the same of the civil rights movement - everything was fine until they started expressing their opinions and anger at being oppressed.

Whatever his flaws, Trump is the only political leader that speaks for the working class, the poor people who are too white to count, the religious, the conservatives.... They have been told for a couple decades now to shut up be quiet, or else be called racist, uneducated rednecks. The irony is that, after decades of conditioning, they are very aware of the needs and desires of the left, while the left, after decades of the opposite conditioning, have essentially dehumanized them. As you demonstrate, "I think the only support Trump has left is from those that are greedy, angry or ignorant."

Of course, they have every reason to be angry. The seeds of chaos and division have been sown by the left, over the past 50 years. They created Trump, who just added water.

I don't agree with that at all. The "they" are Americans.

And Trump supporters aren't?
Yes, trump supporters are American. I said every American is entitled to their vote and their perspective.

Again, Trumps presidency feels more like communist rule than any other president in recent history. What should the one national religion be? What should the one national superior race be? What should the media cover and say? Who should decide about the climate? Who should decide what tires are good?

Trump believes he should. :) I don't agree. It's almost comedy.

Trump: 'You might never know election result - maybe years but maybe never'

Donald Trump was speaking after his rival Joe Biden accepted the Democratic Party's nomination for president.

Mark Kelly (D) +7.4
Martha McSally (R)

Arizona Senator @MarthaMcSally, who is down five points in the polls vs @CaptMarkKelly, suggests to her supporters that they “fast a meal” and give her campaign the money that they saved from fasting.

National religion? National superior race?? This are bizarre accusations. Just hyperbole. Sowing those seeds of division? Back to the "all Americans have he right to their political opinion, but those who don't support the leftist agenda are racist, ignorant, uneducated or greedy. No possibility they might be intelligent people with good intentions. That would mean we would have to debate their points on their merits."

My own opinion is that this election is lose/lose no matter who wins - mainly because political discourse and awareness is the lowest I have ever seen. The end result of tribalism. Pathetic to see a potentially great country sink to this level.

It's really fascinating how two intelligent people can see the same thing so differently. I won't change my mind. It is what it is. I'm not talking about the agenda, I'm talking about the man.

If Kasich was President, this thread would be pretty much dead. Trump is the major issue, that will be handled shortly.

Trump was destined for failure. It's not his fault. He can't help who he is. Some are fine with him and I believe more are not fine with him. We'll see what happens.
