Look, we can all argue UDRP potential forever, in the end that's
entirely up to the courts, and YouTube might just ignore the domain name if it stays dormant.
However, UDRP debates don't even matter to the value or potential use of the domain name. So here is what you asked for. I don't profess to be a pro, but it's my opinion based on my experience:
ANALYSIS
** Competing with YouTube:
https://www.google.co.uk/#q=y0u.tube
Google doesn't even correct it in anyway and just
presumes and produces results for the
real "YouTube". And this cannot be resolved and competed with as if you put up a website relevant to YouTube, the UDRP debate will be over and you
will lose the domain name.
** Typos:
People might hit the "0" instead of "o" and however many times also doesn't matter, because they're
not typing nor trying to get to your domain/website. They're
not typing "you dot tube" typos, they're typing "YouTube", the real one, where they are actually trying to get to.
And you'll never be able to compete with their rankings, nor get those typos of people trying to go to the real YouTube as you'd then lose the domain name based on bought in bad faith, encroaching on a trademark, etc.
** Potential usage
The only real use for this domain name is something to do with the real YouTube, or a video website, which you cannot do as you'll encroach on YouTube trademark and lose the domain name. So what other use does it have if the main use of the name from the keywords cannot be used? Well, just like any domain name, virtually none and another from millions of names would be much better suited.
*** APPRAISAL
- Not able to use the name based on the keywords and so a website would be entirely unrelated to the keywords (so any other name would be better)
- It's sat waiting for a potential UDRP from one of, if not the, biggest internet company in the world
- Is a typo anyway so limits potential traffic and value by a great deal
- Is on a bad TLD with no sales
- Even if used based on its keywords and avoid a UDRP, you'd never compete with YouTube so no sane investor nor website project is going to take this one up (and have many alternative names)
- It doesn't have value from being very unique (especially with a typo) so many many alternatives for anyone wanting to setup a "you.tube" site (whatever it is for) and that reduces the value too
So the domain name is very poor
IMO. Adding the "highly
potential" UDRP based on research and previous UDRP cases where Google Inc has won, it's not worth the reg fee for the lack of potential usage and major risk of courts and fees.

Feel free to
DISLIKE my
OPINION as you have been doing to everyone.
However, instead of just disliking my post and waffling on about some entirely unrelated blah about your opinion and .top and whatever, why not enter into a
mature discussion with me
relevant to what I stated above?
Let's forget the dislike button and UDRP, and discuss what you actually want to discuss as per your opening post. I've made the basic evaluation above, so discuss that. I'm very open to contradictory arguments if they're solid, whether I agree or not
