Would anyone be interested in joining a mailing list that sends the top 250 domains every single day?

If so, would you pay for it?

If you would, what would you say is a fair price?

It's a great idea. I would be more than happy to sign up and pay a monthly subscription fee. Yes, I am aware there are blogs or whatever that have daily lists, but they don't contain more than 20 or 30 IF LUCKY. Many also lack quality.

Above all, people just need to think of the time it would save them. That is the key factor into why I would subscribe.

Count me in.

So you are saying people wouldn't need a Freshdrop subscription or anything else like that?

Nope. I have all of those.

What would be really useful is a list of end users that will pay good $$ for domains. :)

While it's a nice idea, personally speaking I prefer to take the time and do my own research. I'd probably avoid bidding on anything from such a list because I will probably have to over pay to acquire if there's a lot of eyeballs seeing the list.

There would be too much competition and it would definitely drive up prices.

Also, I have to say I am not very happy about the bloggers out there who post good, available domains on their sites. Some do this every f***ing day.

It drives up the prices on good domains.

Frankly it really pisses me off. The competition for good domains increases daily and new people are coming in to this business by the thousands every year.

There may be thousands of domains dropping every day, but with all the eyes on them it is getting to the point where it is very difficult to get really good domains without someone else bidding them up.

I am already forced to waste my time reviewing several blogs every day to see if they have posted domains I am watching. It really makes me nuts when I see a domain I have been watching appear on one of these sites.

People - learn how to do this for yourself and put in the time to learn it!

These bloggers do it for one reason only - because it brings visitors to their sites and helps them promote their own business, and they also make plenty of $ when people click on the links to the names.

What is worse is many of the names they post suck and newbies bid on them thinking they must be good because they come recommended by an "authority".

I don't know how you guys feel about it, but I have put a lot of time and energy into perfecting my way of finding good domains and I think every one who is really serious about this business should take the time to do the same.

Just curious, what will be the range of price the domain in the list?

I've bought more than a few names from lists that appear on the domaining.com feed ie. domainshane's and tldinvestors...so yea, I'd definitely consider paying for a more comprehensive list. I'll be watching this thread.

If you find a service for that, let me know! ;)

With over a hundred names, there will be less competition.

That was a great idea! count me in! :)

Depends on the day but generally I'd say many are available for backorder without any competition.

Lots of good arguments on both sides here.

Personally I'd be interested to see how this would work out.

Thanks to @Shane Bellone

I'm not sure what you mean by receiving multiple lists? Each list would contain the top domains for the day. :)
Sorry for not being clear. I meant, lists for one or two days...

Thanks, man. Appreciate the support.

I spent yesterday setting up the subscription system and set it up for a 7-day free trial. 2 is enough but 7 is better. :)

I agree that with 250 domains you should have less competition on the list unlike other sites that list about 20 domains or so and then bids get really high, Count me in Shane, and best of luck

Agreed and thank you!

Where do we sign-up?

I'll have a landing page up when I'm ready to launch. I applied to affiliate programs in order to keep the monthly price down for the members. Hoping that'll come through soon.

What would be the price range of those domain?

Ranges from regular backorders to thousands. Depends on the day and your preference.

Time = Money - So your strategy helps in saving a lot of time and effort for me. 20$ a month is a bargain and your time and effort has to be paid. I'm in. As more and more domainers come in the market there would be more and more related services that would be started by many people, more people into business means there is more market and more competition sadly its how the system works.

It is certainly a great idea and it would save time scrolling many pages and getting burned out easily. I read the whole thread and that means I am very much into this.

With that said, someone said it is very hard to read a list of 250 domains and scan and that you can organize them in categories... I fully agree with this...all .coms but in categories will ve much better. I would like to add one thing to this.

It would be very helpful to sort the 250 domains into categories and then release each category in a different time of the day so that all users of different time zones get a fair chance of catching something. ( for me, it is gmt+3 so such thing would be very very good if done)

One more question, will the list be about pending delete and auctions only?what about fresh top domain or good domains that can fetch $xxx-$xxx and that are available to handreg?

I am ready to do the trial and then sign up. Great project and good luck

Thanks for your kind words.

The trouble is sorting would take a lot of time and the categories would change daily. I find all sorts of names... Ranging from non-English 1-worders to typos for those who are interested. I can't release at different times of the day because they all drop within 24 hours of the list coming out. Also, I have no way of searching for available domains. So that's not possible. :)

That's what I was thinking. I spend a lot of money per month on tools and a lot of time on the lists everyday. Might as well monetize my time. :D
