So Mr George Verdugo called me a loser for hiding behind an Avatar, along with everyone else. I met Mr Verdugo at Namescon and he was polite to my face, now I see how he rolls (I suppose this makes Frank S a loser for dropping out)... My avatar Mr Verdugo is my company logo and I fear nothing from a person such as yourself or Mr Rick Wedzinga, least of all people that try to defend their partner Dicker. I agree with Sahar that one should do business legally.

However, legally should not be the sole determination. Morals and ethics are equally important too.

There are loopholes and red tape in laws and rules that some exploit. For example, a friend who borrowed a huge sum of money but ignore and avoid when it's time to return. Police can't and won't question / investigate / arrest the friend as they view this as a case of fraudulent debtor because it's not a criminal offense. That friend is not convicted and thus he has done no wrong and can get away with it?

Just because lying is not a convictable offense doesn't mean it's ok to lie.


Back to Adam Dicker, I have learnt a lot from him and I recognised his contributions to this industry.

Adam may had made mistakes and I always believe one should be given second chances if one were to make things right.

I agree with Sahar that the lynch mob here in this thread had spiralled out of control.

However, Adam had plenty of time and chances and platforms to clarify his side of the story, and to make things right. I'm utterly disappointed that a person I looked up to when I first entered this industry is in fact so irresponsible and unrepentant.

Sahar, if you are reading this and truly believe in standing up against bullies and giving a platform for the voiceless, leverage your friendship and influence on Adam to help him voice out and clarify the situation with your platform, and to make things right and whole.

Or maybe, it's time Shane should finally go through his promise regarding Part 2.

Please. Give me a break with this "free speech" stuff. It has nothing to do with denying Adam his free speech or a protected platform. The right thing to do is to NOT appear on a platform with someone who has been proven to lie and deceive and rip people off, otherwise it would lend credibility to him and give people the impression that he is someone they should listen to and follow. Frank did the right thing by protecting his own character, and refusing to condone Adam's behavior so as not to lead others to the wrong conclusion.

Sahar is trying to twist this whole thing around to make himself look like the hero here, and most people see right through it. Adam doesnt need Sahar to swoop in as his Savior, Adam could have taken plenty of opportunities to speak up and "clarify" or "explain his side" - on his own social media pages or DNF before it got shut down. It didn't have to be on NamePros.

Sahar can do whatever he wants and have Adam on his AMA, it doesnt mean he is entitled to support from others when he makes ethically and morally challenged decisions. When he does that, others have the "right" to their own free speech and protest. Calling all of them trolls and bullies is silly.... isn't he labeling them for speaking out against the wrongs of Dicker? He claims to have no reason to judge Adam based on all the evidence against him until he is convicted in court despite everything staring him in the face, but then turns around and decides all the protesters who have been hurt by Adam are merely trolls. Hypocritical.

I suppose one good thing about this is, it will allow all of us to see who is still burying their heads in the sand to support Dicker so we can be wary of them too.

What exactly has Dicker contributed...Think about that statement..If you follow the path of Dicker, you will see his contributions don't even come close to anything the real leaders have done...NOT even close
