Spaceship Spaceship
Welcome to Top Topics. Before we delve into this week's most popular content, we have news of a domain sale. The two-letter domain ZZ.com has sold today, and according to George Kirikos, the buyer is from China. I don't know the exact sales figure, but I know that the asking price was recently around $2.1MM. We are currently trying to confirm the price with the seller.

In Top Topics this week, the sale of 70.net is reported, a community member asks for advice on four-letter (4L) .COMs and stories of first domain sales over $1,000 are shared.

Should We Hold 4L .COMs?

A community member has asked for advice on whether to hold or sell 4L .COM domain names. This type of name has been extremely popular over the past year, and with the recent drop in average sales prices, some are looking to sell this type of name. It's safe to say that there is a difference of opinion on what to do with 4L .COM domains.

What's Your First Domain Sale Over $1,000?

One of the most popular discussions of the week has been based around a simple question: "What's Your First Sale Over $1,000?" Many community members have come forward and shared some fascinating stories, including one story involving the domain name buyer visiting the seller's office in person with a cashiers check.

After reading the discussion, I'd like to highlight one person in particular. @TheLegendaryJP has shared many interesting points throughout the discussion on how he started, and the domain names he has sold since then.
