Mike Mann has announced two more domain sales this week. The was a $17,000 sale of SweetLegs.com, a domain that Mike acquired in 2004 for $900. This has been acquired by the owner of SweetLegs.ca, a Canadian clothing company. The second is PivotalCommunications.com, a $6,000 sale from a $7.50 purchase in 2011. This domain hasn't been transferred to its new owners yet.

Three Self Driving Domains Sold for $1,000
After registering three self driving domains earlier this month, @baseballworld has announced the sale of these three domains to a single buyer for $1,000.

In contrast to the discussion above is this one, in which the owner of FreshDrop.com and Pheenix.com shared the fact that he has turned down two $10,000 offers on two different .TV domain names.
The two domain names, listed in the discussion, are three and four character .TV names, and the offers were submitted via a broker. Was @gorilla_bob right to turn down these offers? Would you have accepted these offers?

How I Blew a Domain Deal
Another domain investor has shared their story of a domain negotiation that went wrong. After receiving an initial offer of $350 for a domain that was hand registered by the investor, negotiations went back and forth until the potential buyer offered $900.
According to the investor, they told their potential buyer that they would not accept less than four figures, and so the deal was lost, even when the investor went back to the buyer to later accept their $900 offer.
