As we reported last Thursday, 77.com did indeed sell. The domain, which is currently registered with Moniker, is pending transfer to its new owners, who are likely to be from China based on recent two-number .COM activity. There has been no indication on a sales price, but given DomainEmpire.com's original acquisition cost, it's likely to be in the mid-seven figure range.
Jamie Zoch (@Yofie) recently shared the news of AK.com’s transfer from GoDaddy’s portfolio to a Chinese owner. My contacts in China tell me that the name could have been acquired to be developed by the owner of Poketec.com, a Chinese gambling site.
After their sale of Pour.com last week it looks as though Future Media Architects (FMA) sold another one word .COM, this time it is Research.com, as the domain moved under privacy protection at @Uniregistry. The domain doesn’t resolve at the time of writing.
A client of domain brokerage company 62.com acquired the domain 724.com from US-based Flash Networks. Three-number .COM’s currently command a six-figure sales price.
570.com also looks to have been acquired by 62.com in another certain six figure sale.
Elliot Silver (@EJS) sold Domestic.com at some point this year, with the new owner being a South Korean company.
Elliot looks to have also acquired Jester.com, adding to his portfolio of one-word domain names.

Media Options acquired Konichiwa.com. Konichiwa is a common Japanese greeting.
Boogy.com cleared @Sedo’s escrow process recently, with the domain moving under privacy to German registrar United Domains. No sales price has been publicly revealed.
@Rick Schwartz completed his purchase of BraAndPanties.com from Raymond Hackney (@equity78) after the domain was offered to Rick via Twitter.
@Mike Mann sold CutieCars.com for $5,000 and DesarrolloEmocional.com for $5,600.
