Same here, initially it shows the available .info as "free with .com/.co" but when you add it, it becomes $1.99... still not a bad deal, but it shows how sophisticated GD's coupon/promo management system has become.

The same for me, I called customer service and they did nothing for me. It looks like when you check box for free .info it will be free, but it added 1.99 to mine as well

Sadly, it no longer works. I received this message today "The promotional code you entered is expired or inactive." Guess we are back to $8.67 .com renewals. Does anyone have a code that gets cheaper .com renewals?

Not true - the best code you can get on .org is GETORG599. Offers $5.99 new .org's ($1 less than the code you show).

Awesome for long term domains

Great code for any long term buyers. You can buy your domain for multiple years at $4.95 per year. So if its a domain that you'll be developing its a great deal.

It seems like everytime this message appears:

the coupon codes no longer work. All i get is the 8.17 discount. Not the 495.
