Are you folks trying this using existing GD accounts? Note the condition:

"New customers only."

So, perhaps try creating a new account - and flushing cache / GD cookies first?

I'm unable to test right now - on vacation and baby in my arms.. will try later this evening.

Besides creating a new account, do you need another CC or is it OK to use the one you regularly use with your primary GD account?

No you can have as many accounts as you want. But is creating multiple accounts and spending the time pushing to one account really worth saving a couple bucks?

It should give you more information. If it said the discount was added, but you are already receiving the lowest discount this could be why.
