Not so good news: they all begin with " the" "ال".
Not good news: till this day, I haven't heard of any entity that uses those.
No market for Arabic IDNs, as far as I know.
When it comes to "Internet use/domains" , Arabic is written in English letters, believe it or not.
Examples: Souq.com(سوق/market) , Maktoob.com(مكتوب/Envelope but also email/اميل) , Talabat.com (Orders, in this case food orders/طلبات)
