So.... Most REITs invested in things like strip mall or anything retail store oriented are failing. Has been for a while. With many retail stores closing because shoppers don't shop in physical stores.

For example Best buy, people walk into Best buy to just play around with the products they plan on buying , "tire kicking" wasting Best buy workers time on Best buy's dime.


Best buy will lose if they don't shutdown their physical stores.the real loser will be the REITs their property sits on.

But........... Those online stores taking the business of physical stores. Those have a beautiful future.

So imagine all those physical stores turning into online stores ? They all need datacenters .

There are a bunch of reit datacenters out there.

Datacenters can be used for anything like I'm Bitcoin mining?

So give it a look.
