You tube / New grounds/ Portal script

Hi,
I've just come across a domain thats highly suitable to add videos/flash content or could even be used as some form of joke site. I'm looking for a script that can basically create catergories,users can sign up and upload there content, viewers can watch and comment on the content. Very similar principles from the Newgrounds site and the Youtube site. Any recommendations?
