Mini site script?

I'm finally getting sick of parking. Took long enough, but i've finally come to the conclusion that developing mini sites is the better way to go.
So, what i'm looking is the following:

Mini Site - preferably with one click install, with simple customization options
Easy to add Adsense/affiliate links in pre-defined areas
picture upload or link to youtube videos
simple way to add content into the site


I know, wordpress would be one way to go, but that's almost too elaborate.
Does anyone know of a "script in the can" that's preferably free?

If you are going to host multiple sites on same server then using some different mixes of scripts will be a nice idea.

I agree on using a variety of site scripts. Try to look more like a hosting company than a domain parking company...

Take a look at www.rssmini.com as one option.
