There's a new version of the script. Now it comes with a template system and ability to edit and delete videos from the website.

I'll be adding more websites from where you can get content. It's not possible to add more websites to add content by yourself, I have to do it.

No resell rights come with the script. You can use the script on multiple domains is you like.

The front end doesn't have a search function, yet. I'll be adding that in future versions.

Regarding 2257 I don't think you are responsible because the videos are not even uploaded in your site. They are taken from other sites. Take a look at redtube 2257 statement http://www.redtube.com/usc2257 Even there they say that they are not responsible for the 2257 status and that it is responsibility of the video producer, the one that uploads the video on the site.
