domain Xbox-720.net, good or really bad?!

Just bought xbox-720.net but couldn't even register it on Sedo because of trademark infringement.
I looked up xbox-360.net and it is registered to a person no problem. Do you think I could be in trouble? if not, how much would this domain be worth in a couple of years?

There are tons of sites with xbox360 or so that are registered this is why I thought it was okay! Too bad I cant get a refund if I cancel my subscription

xbox is the TM word it doesnt matter what comes with it 360,720 or 1564
just saw a nice clip about TM domains on youtube, check it out YouTube - Domain Name no-no's... Interview with a Domain Name Lawyer he is talking about what you wrote, about " people are doing it
so maybe its ok"
try not to get upset by it, and just learn it for the future, to stay away from TM issues
