Established WTS: Shorten URLs website incl. script + nice design

I'm selling my brand new URLs shortening website MixURLs.com

I just registered the domain yesterday on Godaddy, as I bought this script and template sometime before, but I've decided not to use the script. So I wanted to get it working on a short domain and then sell as a website - however, as you can see I failed to set up the MySQL database. There are instructions on how to do this in the readme file, but I'm not so techy. :td:
