Looks to be a problem with NETdentity.net's service: Website Thumbnails by images.netdentity.net -- their site isn't working either. Possibly server issues or a backlog of screenshots?

Looked into NetDentity.net a little more, for the service they say that it's free for a year and then $20/mo... for the first year all they require is a backlink on your site.
