A great tool for those who wish to post their links and have them "expire" sometime later! Links are no longer permanent if you don't want them to be!
Ever use a tool which shortens your URL? I’m sure you have and there are countless of them out there on the web. So what makes urlgone different? It’s very simple really. The URLs that you create when you “shorten” it, is only temporary, if you want them to be.
For privacy reasons, a user may want to keep a link private after a certain time. So, using this service, they can create a URL which will expire in, for example, 3 days. They can then distribute the new URL and users will be able to use that link (be redirected) until the 3 days are up, at which point, the original URL is deleted from our system.
Or, it can be used to shorten URLs . . . permanently =)
