I finally figured out how to install RssMini and today I setup these sites:

I really like the RSSMini, once I figured out how to install it on the server side it went real fast. I think it is a nice clean look and has real potential.

OK, I think I have some great keywords there, have done some optimization and search engine submission, but no traffic!

What am I missing? I made a whole buck today...
Do I have to buy traffic to send to these sites?
Agreed that they are not blown out web sites, but the content changes and is indexed.

Ideas would be GREATLY appreciated...

Just wondering what you did to get the feeds working right? I uploaded all the files, the site came out, but the feeds were all screwed up! Can you give a noob some advice? Worked on it for 45minutes, then just gave up. Thanks a lot

It is actually pretty simple.
I have an account with Polurnet.com (THEY ARE GREAT!) so the php is enabled on the server side.
Upload to the root file and edit the config.php (NOT the index) at the server. Then edit the ads.php with your google code, thats it. Takes about 5 minutes to setup. The only time consuming thing is uploading all of the files to the folders.

Minimal html, go grab a color chart so you have the color codes. I have noticed that some of them that I tagged to bold are showing up bold but the code is on the browser button.

I would like to tweak these more, but I have a goal of 100 of these by the end of the month, then I will tweak.

Would like to know how to add the blog, add a logo...and I am sure more, when I think about it. :D

But there are million or even billion scrapper pages outher and I don't believe that google is not aware to this pages and site but they don't banned them.

I was thinking about changing these so they were not just rss feed, but didn't want to go there yet.

I guess I will be spending my day figuring out how to place a blog php script in there....any ideas???

Perhaps, try using the traditional adsense mini sites integrated with the RSS feeds, with google ads next to content from an encyclopedia (like wikipedia) for a certain topic. I don't really see how much revenue is generated from RSS feeds themselves, since clicking on them gives no revenue, right? At least, with the encyclopedia articles, you have a better chance for people finding your information page, and with relevant google ads placed at clever spots on parts of your page.

I was hoping to upgrade this weekend to a larger one to accomodate more domains, but I ran into this "scrapper" snag....

I want to be as legitmate as possiable when building sites, but I also want to get them out there rather than parking @ my sedopro account.

I guess my problem is I am not understanding how to setup the rss feed. I am sure it is one of those things that when you see it you go..doahh. :o But it has been about 10 years since I have done any type of programming. WordPress was so scary, it almost made me cry...

Got links to some examples? I just need something cookie cutter...

I cant get into a full reply right this minute but I did want to quickly respond to this briefly.

You have been an upstanding member of NP for 1 1/2 years. In this time I'm sure you have developed a sense of which members have real knowledge and post reliable answers and who doesent.

If you are unsure, check thier previous posts and judge if they have a history of posting informed, helpful answers without agenda.

When reviewing anothers posting history I will check first thier information request threads to see what they dont know, then thier answer posts to see what they think they know. Make sense?

In this specific case, Joseph is a highly respected member and in my opinion doesnt post just to get his count up. He is also a very bright young man and a successful domainer.

What he says in this thread is true, but also the comment about how many other sites are doing this and earning is also true. But keep in mind it is a gamble and if caught G will keep your earning as well as suspend your account.

Despite what some will say the best place ask about setting up adsense driven websites is:
https://www.google.com/adsense/
They have no reason not to want you to earn, since the better you do, the better they do.
