There are several atempts to reg by phone, each time either timed out waiting or when I got through I was told the system was down, but Grace was 30 days, and dont worry we will accept as soon as we are up and running. Ok, whatever.

I get it through the o/l system yesterday, receive my confirmed payment receipt, said to myself, self.... maybe they are trying.

Sorry to hear about the bad news. Could it be a system error on their part? either way, I don't know about their practices but it doesn't look that great if they are accepting your money and not committing to their policies.
