Give their toll -free number a call you will find a lot more than one person answers. Also try their live chat as well. One person doing all that. Get real. They have well over 100 people working there. I have had nothing but great experiences in 2+ years and I am sure hundreds of thousands of people say the same. ALL registrars have their issues(do not get me started with Godaddy).

I will be posting about my experience and how they literally stole 10 domains from me later on as I really do not have the time right now (it is a long story).

You do realize that's slander if you can not prove it. I'm not saying it did or did not happen, just that the proof now resides on your shoulders. Opinions are one thing, think we all visit here to here them. But, accusations of theft are another.

Well, the issue is that it is a great domain registrar but its whois problems are really annoying. Doubt it will hurt with the transfer since it is just the matter of registration, but do bear in mind the problem you might encounter with your domain whois.

FWIW
I was able to painlessly bulk update my Whois info and DNS earlier in the day and all names in the account are showing correct whois info. It took me all of five minutes.
Additionally, they have a 24/7 live chat and I was able to get immediate answers that directed me to the right place to request acct balance refund. Either I missed seeing their live chat feature before, or they are improving services. I really like live chat for support, (particularly, 24/7), and have always had good results, when offered. There was only about a 2-3 minute wait, and I made inquiry approx 1:30PM PT. Maybe things are looking up service-wise at R-Fly- time will tell.
