google keyword planner shows 301 000 monthly searches for "car parts", and 10 monthly searches for "ny car parts"..so "car parts" is highly searched, it surprised me that "ny car parts" is so much less. Anyway, even that not that much organic traffic will be available for this domain, still I like it, it makes sense and can be used for local NY business. It is also easy to trade it, as you can write emails to relevant end users (there will be not that many) and see from their replies how they see its value. I would say it can fetch mid-high XXX for right end user.
NYCcarparts.com has similar value, ny-carparts has lower as it is hyphenated.

lets say that "xxxxxxxxxxxx" have over 900k searches but domain is .net .(like lets say NYxxxxxxxxxxxx.net. domain is pronacuable well . its common world bussines. exact domain name search is around 200. Im asking for one other domain that i found. Is there still any value because of .net?

i found some city names. around 30k population, 3rdworld (africa, south america..) near beach. its more or less forgoten town . Is that sort of city name worth reg.? im not looking at high profit, but few 10 or maybe low 100 $.
